Rotate the channels and connect every node to the coral core before your turns run out.

ABOUT THE GAME

About Reef Relay

Reef Relay is an original Zarocer logic game set in a reef of light. Each tile holds a channel segment that you can rotate. Your goal is to link every node to the coral core in the upper-left corner. Two neighboring tiles connect only when their channel ends meet. The journey contains 18 boards, growing from gentle 3 × 3 grids to more intricate 6 × 6 reefs. Turns are limited, so inspect the edges and channel endpoints before committing to a route. Up to three hints and an undo option help you learn; assisted attempts remain local. A daily 5 × 5 reef gives everyone the same board for each UTC date. The build prepares a ranking candidate based on turns used, while a public leaderboard requires portal integration. You can play as a guest without an account or an app download. Settings, records and an unfinished game stay in this browser when local storage is available. Switch between 11 internal languages without restarting your game. Free exploration offers new 3 × 3, 4 × 4 and 6 × 6 boards with local records. Replay the same reef or generate another. Optional ambient music is off by default. Grand expedition adds eight regions and 1,600 missions with fixed anchors, linked pairs, countercurrent and lantern exploration. Choose challenges in the atlas and improve three local stars per mission. These missions are excluded from daily ranking.

How to play

Select a rotation direction above the board, then tap or click a tile to rotate it 90 degrees. Right-click or press Shift + Enter to rotate counterclockwise. Match neighboring channel ends to carry light from the coral core to every node. Finish before using your turn budget. Use arrow keys to move around the board, Enter or Space to turn, and Escape to pause.

Tips for playing

  • Build outward from the coral core and use lit tiles to locate the next missing connection.
  • Inspect the shared edge between neighbours before rotating: both channel ends need to meet.

Questions about this game

Why is a neighbouring tile still dark?

Adjacent tiles only connect when their channel endpoints meet across the shared edge. That connected route must also reach the coral core.
