Every arrow changes the board forever. Claim space against three AI levels or challenge another player on the same device.
About Amazonas
Amazonas is Zarocer’s edition of the classic Game of the Amazons. Each side has four pieces on a 10 × 10 board. Move one piece like a chess queen, then fire an arrow from its new square. The arrow blocks its target permanently, gradually turning the open board into a contest for territory. The first player without a legal move loses. Try three deterministic AI levels or play locally with a friend. Legal destinations appear as you select and move a piece, making the two-step turn easy to follow. Hints and undo are available for local practice, and a saved position can be resumed on the same device. The game works with mouse, keyboard and touch, with eleven internal languages and no account required. Local statistics do not represent official positions or competitive rewards.
How to play
Select one of your amazons. White moves first. Move horizontally, vertically or diagonally along an unobstructed line. Fire an arrow from the new square to an empty reachable square. The arrow blocks its square forever. You can shoot into the square you just vacated. Trap your opponent: a player unable to move at the start of their turn loses. Use arrow keys to navigate, Enter to select and Escape to cancel or pause.
