A quiet logic puzzle where every light belongs.
About Akari: Light Up
Akari, also known as Light Up, turns a grid into a compact deduction puzzle. Place bulbs on pale cells to illuminate the entire board. Walls stop the light, and their numbers specify exactly how many adjacent bulbs are required. Two bulbs must never see each other along an uninterrupted row or column. This Zarocer edition offers 40 original boards ranging from 5 × 5 to 8 × 8, an interactive tutorial and one shared daily challenge based on UTC. There is no time limit and no penalty for testing an idea. Mark excluded cells, fix mistakes and continue a locally saved game on the same device. Hints and undo let you finish puzzles as assisted attempts. Personal records are local; global rankings remain disabled.

How to play
Tap or click a pale cell to place or remove a bulb. Light every pale cell without two bulbs seeing each other. Match each numbered wall with exactly that many adjacent bulbs. Diagonals do not count. Use the × tool or right click to mark excluded cells. Keyboard: arrows to navigate, Space for light and X for a mark. Larger mobile boards also offer arrows and large action buttons. Hints and undo count as assistance. Restored games remain local.
