ABOUT THE GAME

About 8-Ball Pool

Zarocer 8 is a six-pocket pool game you can play in your browser. Share one device for a local two-player rack or choose solo practice to clear all fourteen object balls before pocketing the 8. Set your direction and shot power, then plan where the cue ball will stop. An optional aim guide helps you line up the first contact, and numbered balls supplement the color coding. Local matches use the clearly documented Zarocer Casual 8 variant. Solids and stripes are assigned after the break; only the 8 requires a called pocket. Fouls give the next player ball in hand. This edition does not claim WPA tournament rules. No account is required. Practice records and game checkpoints are stored in the device browser when local storage is available. Reloading during a shot returns to the checkpoint before that shot. Global rankings are disabled in this edition.

How to play

Point with the mouse or tap the table to aim. Adjust power and select Shoot. Arrow keys, +/− and Enter also work. In a local match, pocket your seven balls, then the 8 in the called pocket. With ball in hand, place the cue ball in a clear spot before shooting. In practice, clear all solids and stripes before the 8.
